African Women are held back from fulfilling their potential by many constraints, whether as a leaders in public life, in the boardroom, or in growing their business. This in turn holds back the potential of the continent’s economy.
For the Africa continent to progress, it has to place much emphasis on gender equality and the empowerment of its female populace.
